and this made the news.......
Film at 11 - I guess there's no news in the UK anymore, what with all the torture and illegal war.
The kinds of social blunders must not be allowed in today's Britain. It is truly disturbing that a man of his rank should walk the wrong way around a table. I mean, what next, the wrong fork? Then what? Next he'll be sipping water with a straw!
When are the Britts going to wise up and pitch that worthless hag and her family into the streets to get real jobs.
All they money they give to these dolts could be much more wisely spent.
And, what purpose do they serve anyway except to hold onto the past. Time to dump the royal bums.
In other breaking news, the Queen is slightly constipated and took an extra five minutes on the toilet. Video at 11.
I'm glad I'm not the only one who thought this was a stupid news article. After the laughter at the ridiculousness of this occurrence, I suppose we should simply feel sorry for the Queen, that she could get riled up about something as trivial as this. Living in a box like that, where ritualistic walking patterns are a focus of life, has got to be a sort of internal prison we'll never know or understand.
Klep.....I couldn't agree with you more
It's not about the Royals and the PM----the problem is with us and how we have groomed the media to serve up the garbage!
Oh dear, the Queen made a joke, nooooooo... can it be true?
I like your Queen.
She has devoted her entire life to your country.
Yes, they cost money, but without them no one would want to go to GB.
After all the food is lousy, the weather worse.
Besides what would your press have to write about if it were not for how the royals spend their days and nights?
You could be like the US and have officials in the government that are caught in sex, lies and video tapes. Oh, you have that too:)
News reports mysteriously failed to note Queen Elizabeth's comment later that evening. 'Next month I'll be 82, stated Her Majesty, and I am fully determined to outlive the Queen Mum so my twit son, Charles, will be at least 80 if he ever becomes king'.
monarchy should be abolished.
The royal veneer is still no match for a well-placed microphone. Jack
The noble thing would be for the Palace Staff to take the blame. Then everyone saves face.
Making some droll comment about 'Labour always going the wrong way' would be the logical next step.
