Fergie's manners book
Feb 1, 2008, 12:35 GMT
Sarah Ferguson, the Duchess of York, is set to write a children's book on manners.
The duchess - who has two daughters Princesses Beatrice, 19, and Eugenie, 17, with ex-husband Prince Andrew - has teamed up with illustrator Robin Preiss Glasser to produce 'Tea for Ruby'.
The duchess said: "I was raised to appreciate that there is a time and place for manners, not just for the sake of following rules, but rather because etiquette and good manners show courtesy and respect.
"I have raised my girls as part of the royal family according to this philosophy and now I can pass along this message to princesses everywhere, and I'm thrilled to do it with the brilliant best-selling illustrator, Robin Preiss Glasser."
The book will be published by Simon and Schuster in autumn 2008.
Sarah has already published 26 books, including 'Budgie the Helicopter', which was adapted as an animated TV series, and 'The Adventures of Little Red' series.
