Fergie's 'new man'
Dec 17, 2007, 14:30 GMT
Sarah Ferguson, the Duchess of York, reportedly has a "new man in her life".
The 48-year-old duchess - who has two teenage daughters with ex-husband Britain's Prince Andrew - has reportedly grown close to Norwegian tycoon Geir Frantzen over recent months, and the businessman has even spent the night at her London home Dolphin House.
The couple - who met through work around a year ago - have been on a "variety of social engagements" together, including a Spice Girls concert and the Ricky Hatton boxing match in Las Vegas. The pair have also enjoyed time together in New York and Norway.
A source told Britain's The Mail on Sunday newspaper: "Geir is the new man in her life."
However, Geir's spokesman Simon Rees denies there is any romantic involvement between the 40-year-old millionaire - who owns the frozen food company Findus - and the duchess.
He insists Geir - who has a nine-year-old daughter from a previous relationship - and Sarah are only working on some business projects, and added Geir has a "quite a serious partner in his life" in Norway.
Rees said: "They have been working on various business activities together and that is the extent of their relationship. Her daughters are good friends of his daughter, there is no romantic involvement.
The duchess' spokesperson has also denied the couple are anything more than friends, saying: "Geir is simply a family friend."
