The queen travelled to Berlin for the launch of the Trilateral Academic Centre for European Studies, where Jordanian, Israeli and Palestinian students will be able to learn side by side.
The royal then attended a gala evening held in honour of the new school.
Other guests at the glitzy event included Prince Hassan of Jordan, former Israeli ambassador to Germany Avi Primor, and German foreign minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier.
The centre is an initiative of Jordan's Royal Institute for Inter-Faith Studies in Amman, Jordan, the Palestinian Al-Quds University in East Jerusalem and Israel's Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya.
Last week, the queen gave her annual address from the throne for the State Opening of Parliament, known as Prinsjesdag.
During her speech the royal told her subjects there is much to be hopeful for and assured consumers and businesses they should be optimistic.
