The 47-year-old duchess, wearing an elegant black empire gown, posed for pictures with Nicole Scherzinger - lead singer of the raunchy dance and singing troupe.
The duchess - who spends a lot of her time in New York - has been touring the US raising awareness of the children's charities she supports.
Supermodel Naomi Campbell introduced the Dolls to the stage, and audiences were treated to a performance of the group's hit collaboration 'Buttons' with US rapper Snoop Dogg.
Sarah visits Philadelphia's Ronald McDonald House - which provides a haven for families of children being treated at the nearby hospitals - today (19.04.07), where she will be reading from her children's book 'Little Red'
