The British duchess will front a once-a-month-segment on NBC's 'Today' programme called 'Stories from the heart'.
She said: "I'm going to be a regular on 'Today'. Stories from the heart. Like how you lose weight."
Producers Amy Rosenblum and Debbie Kosofsky are both very excited about the prospect of a royal presenting the popular slot.
They told Britain's Daily Mirror: "It was an experiment, but it's doing well. She'll be on every month."
Sarah has a high-profile career in the US, where she is already a spokesperson for Weight Watchers.
She has also recently announced that she plans to launch her own range of luxury household goods in the States.
Sarah's 'Duchess Originals' line - which will include branded teaspoons and bed linen - will not be sold in the UK following an agreement with the British Royal Family - but can be bought over the internet.
