Fergie's toilet job
Dec 18, 2006, 13:10 GMT
Britain's Sarah Ferguson shocked diners at a top London restaurant by posing as a toilet attendant.
Sarah, the Duchess of York, had been enjoying dinner with celebrity pal Sharon Osbourne when the pair decided to have a bit of fun.
She told Britain's The Sun newspaper: "We had dinner in this really smart London restaurant. After a few drinks we thought it would be quite fun to go down to the ladies and pretend to be loo attendants.
"It's very naughty. But God it was funny.
"We were down there for half an hour and Sharon insisted we do it properly - handing people towels and opening cubicle doors for them.
"Most knew who we were and just smiled or looked really bemused. But one lady didn't recognise us and got irritated when Sharon asked her where she got her dress from. She thought we were being rude. It was hilarious."
Sarah, 47 - the ex-wife of Prince Andrew - regularly mixes in celebrity circles and earlier this year she took her youngest daughter Princess Eugenie, 16, to a party on rapper Diddy's yacht in St Tropez, where they mixed with the likes of Paris Hilton and Penelope Cruz.
The duchess and her two daughters Princess Beatrice, 18, and Eugenie were also VIP guests at Sir Elton John's White Tie and Tiara ball.
