Britain's Prince Harry has flown 6,000 miles to beg his South African girlfriend to move to England.
The 21-year-old royal is reportedly desperate to see more of his sweetheart Chelsy Davy after she finishes her business studies degree in Cape Town at the end of December.
Harry - who arrived in South Africa yesterday (12.10.06) to celebrate Chelsy's 21st birthday with her - is planning to rent his lover a plush London apartment if she agrees to move.
However, those close to the blonde beauty, the daughter of a millionaire businessman, say she might be turned off by the notoriously bad English weather.
A source told Britain's The Sun newspaper: "It is impossible for him to leave England, so the ball is in Chelsy's court.
"He has delighted her by flying all this way for the party - but if he hopes it will help persuade her to move, he is sadly mistaken. Chelsy hates the cold. She also calls all the shots and Harry can't get enough of her."
Tonight (13.10.06) Harry will attend Chelsy's £20,000 birthday bash at a top Cape Town restaurant.
It will be the first time Harry has seen his girlfriend of two years since she was reportedly robbed at gunpoint in a bar in the city last month.
The prince will leave on Sunday (15.10.06) to take up his post as an Armoured Reconnaissance Troop leader with the Blues and Royals British army regiment.

I know how he feels - I had to do the same thing with my South African girlfriend! Now she is my wife of 2 years and we are expecting our first child. Good luck to the Prince!
