Princess Anne's sailing celebrations

Britain's Princess Anne helped a sailing club celebrate their 70th anniversary this week.
The sea-loving royal - Queen Elizabeth's only daughter - wooed the crowds at Tollesbury marina, Essex, as she got thoroughly involved with the festivities.
Anne, dressed in a navy blazer and deck shoes for the occasion, enjoyed a ride on a small motor boat and at one point even took to the helm with a rope in her hand.
After the boat ride, the princess took time to meet local sailing cadets and one of the younger recruits presented her with flowers.
Anne's seafaring duties continue today (13.09.06), when she visits HMS Albion in Plymouth.
On Friday (15.09.06) Anne will attend the annual bun-throwing ceremonies in Abingdon, Oxfordshire - a tradition that first started in 1760 to mark the coronation of King George III.
The entertaining event - which marks the 450th anniversary of the granting of a Royal Charter to the town of Abingdon - will see town councillors hurling 450 currant buns from the roof of the county hall.
