Good for the Prince. No matter how much good he does, he is going to be criticized. The cookbook sound like a great idea. Hope it becomes available in the States as soon as published in the UK. Has anyone discovered if the proceeds go to a charity or is it privately published and that is that. Are their illustrations and is their nutiritional information for each recipe. When I purchase a cookbook, I wish to know more than that Prince Charles endorses it. It is attractive to me not because it contains his favorite recipes; but, rather, because he has such good sense regarding what we ingest.
