Prince William's relaxed girlfriend

The girlfriend of Britain's Prince William has returned from a holiday in the Caribbean to join the British Royal family at Balmoral castle.
Kate Middleton looked calm and happy despite the huge delays at Heathrow airport caused by the recent terror threat to British airlines.
The airport was in gridlock due to extreme security measures after alleged terrorists were arrested for planning to bomb at least ten aeroplanes in an attack that would have been more devastating than the 9/11 tragedy. Kate had enjoyed a relaxing holiday in the Caribbean following a string of problems. In late July, Kate, 24, attended the funeral of her 71-year-old grandmother with who she had an extremely close relationship with and had repeatedly visited her during her battle with lung cancer. She also suffered a major setback towards her dreams of starting a mail-order children's clothing company. Clothing label Viyella withdrew their support from the business venture at the last minute and it is possible that Kate's fledgling project will not recover. Meanwhile, Prince William is officially off duty from the army after he marched in the Sovereign's Parade at Sandhurst Military Academy on Friday (11.08.06). He and Kate will now join the queen at Balmoral, in Scotland, for the royal family holiday.Copyright 2006 BANG Media International
