Ferguson's plastic pout

Britain's Duchess of York has further fuelled plastic surgery rumours after she appeared in public with noticeably plumper lips.

Sarah Ferguson, 46, has been rumoured to have visited a New York plastic surgeon Dr Steven Victor on several occasions.

She showed off her fuller lips as she holidayed in the South of France earlier this week.

Ferguson - who is an international ambassador for diet company Weight Watchers - is said to have enlisted the help of Dr Victor to boost her looks before the 18th birthday of her daughter Princess Beatrice.

The flame-haired royal's connection with the exclusive surgeon was first disclosed when her name appeared in a New York magazine linked to Dr Victor.

The article claimed Ferguson had confirmed to her friend she was Victor's client.

Dr Victor said at the time: 'The duchess has told people she is a patient of mine, but I cannot discuss her treatment. All I will say is that we make women look better by using non-surgical procedures.'

It is also claimed that apart from alleged lip enhancement, Ferguson - the ex-wife of Prince Andrew - has undergone more cosmetic procedures.

New York dentist Robert DiPilla claims he gave the royal a 'new' smile through an exclusive teeth-whitening procedure.

He also confirmed the speculations about Duchess's secret visits to Dr Victor.

He told Britain's Daily Mail newspaper: 'I know she has been a patient of Steven Victor's because he is a friend of mine and in fact he referred her to me for my Power Smile treatment.'
