Prince Harry sets up love nest with Chelsy
Jul 20, 2006, 14:50 GMT
Britain's Prince Harry has set up a secret love nest with girlfriend Chelsy Davy.
According to Britain's The Sun newspaper, the young couple - who have been dating for two years - are renting a romantic cottage in a hamlet, ironically called Shaggs.
Shag is an English slang word for the act of lovemaking. The name of the hide-away, which is near Harry's Army training base in Bovington, South England, has reportedly become a source of laughter among Harry's training buddies. One fellow recruit was quoted as saying: 'Harry insists he had no idea what the place was called when he decided to rent the cottage. 'He's taken a real ribbing, but he sees the funny side now. 'We know what he gets up to when he stays off camp, so what better place to stay than Shaggs?' The handsome prince reportedly decided to rent the property to be able to spend more time with his sweetheart, as recuits' partners are not allowed on the camp during training periods. The £1,500-a-week cottage boasts four bedrooms and is a mere 15-minute drive from Harry's Army camp. 21-year-old millionaire's daughter Chelsy is said to have visited the property 'several times' in the last month. Royal spokesman has confirmed Harry had accommodation near Bovington. The news come after Harry's relationship with the blonde beauty was hit by recent cheating allegations. Mother-of-two, Catherine Davies, claimed last week she kissed Harry during a night out in London, in May (06). She told how she spent an evening flirting with the handsome prince in a London pub, before going to Harry's friend's flat, where, she claims, the prince kissed her. Davies is the fourth person to have come forward to allege Harry seduced them.Copyright 2006 BANG Media International
