There's a very fine line that you have to walk with grace and dignity, and sweetheart, you're starting to stumble and trip like a cheap drunken whore after one too many drinks and tricks.
Best you take a page from Will's loving late mother, Diana, and NOT stoop to doing something Camilla would do herself! Have more class and respect for Will, since he's the love of your life. Has anyone seen the painting....No?.....How can anyone announce it to be gross, lewd, distasteful or any such thing without viewing the art in question first. I've never been a supporter of the monarchy, but now I think I will look forward to Prince William's Reign. Finally a true believer of the arts.

thought that at least william will be a good heir to throne... but i think that the monarchy should be put to a end..kings should aonly be there if they know the value attached to it.. if they want to be modern and be common let them stop the monarchy and live like common.
I've made two responses on here, from which you've ASSUMED means i'm British. I'm an American! Hello. But at least I know enough about British royalty to know that regardless of personal differences, the British Royals must uphold to certain standards and that said painting is very subpar, solely based on the subject matter of Prince William and his 'nudity' alone.
Yes he is an adult and can make up his own mind, however he IS of royal blood, and therefore must act accordingly at all times, no matter what he'd rather be doing. Even he himself will attest to that, i'm sure.

These posts are really quite fascinating. Here we have quite a few people, presumably young women, who are so shocked and disgusted at Kate's painting that one person went so far as to call it 'soft porn' - what does that say to a reasonable person? That these people are pining over someone who will never lay a finger on them and they are so jealous of Kate Middleton that it makes them physically ill.
Prince William and Kate Middleton most likely have a sexual relationship. They are both adults, regardless of their roles, and they are entitled to express their love for one another any way they wish. It is not the business of the tabloids or the public, and their relationship does not deserve such scrutiny. And if she's talented enough to paint such a picture, then God bless her for her commitment and dedication.
In other words, get over it. People who post nasty remarks about Kate Middleton aren't fooling anyone. You can pose for a picture you are painting. All you need is a mirror or a photograph. That is how people paint self portraits. BUT who cares if she posed for it. She can pose for Playboy or Hustler for all I care. I was curious as to whether or not HE posed for it. Like someone said, and I agree, we do not know what it really looks like. Heck, I want to see it too! JUST NOT OVER THE INTERNET.
They do to do things we do not know about. Last I heard, the stalkerazzi were not allowed to follow him around at school or even when he is out. They are only allowed so much. There was a big fuss earlier about a picture of Kate and William being a bit more passionate than, usual while on one of their ski trips. The paper that ran the photos was not allowed to participate in an interview or something like that

You are right The Royals are not the most moral bunch of people; they have been dating for at least two years; I have heard it somewhere that Kate is not a virgin. This is also not the first relationship for either of them, and William is also rumored to have wondering eyes.
No, I am not an expert on The Royals nor do I claim to be. I have only been interested in them for about a year, but they have links to newspaper articles on them on the fansites. What I have read about them would not suggest otherwise.

I looked at it from a mature, responsible point of view. That whole painting issue should've been kept PRIVATE, but since it wasn't, and was made public, EVERYONE has the right to comment. Commenting on something such as the nudity of a public figurehead, such as Prince William DOES NOT mean we're all just dying to get into bed and sleep with the guy! So he's rich, big deal. So he's famous, woohooo. He's a person just like everyone else, no matter his social status or sex appeal. However, the flipside of his social status is what we've all tried to keep in perspective here, if you'd taken the time to read what was written instead of twisting words to justify your own set beliefs and opinions. I've said it before and i'll say it again: certain standards and conduct are a MUST at ALL times when you are of a certain social status, as the British Royal family is.
So, in closing, think what you will. Say what you want. Believe as you wish. But...for once, don't ASSUME we're all just out to bash Kate and steal the Prince for ourselves! *laughs* That's simply not the case. Most of us are more mature than that 'teenage lust and jealousy' label you've been so keen to try to apply to us all who've commented thus far.
also i dont understand why d i have to praise a girl who has done nothing to earn respect of others? ik not talking only about this ridiculous painting, but other things aswell. for one she has done noothing with her life, she doesnt even have a JOB even though she finished university long time ago, she is constantly pictured shopping, partying and getting drunk, and only recently she was pictured flipping off photographers,, not only shes rude and crude,shes lazy spoiled rich socialite mooching off daddys money and i cant stand that kinda people.and why people assume every girl likes prince william????there are better man outthere!!! as much as ive read about him hes not a good person, also he has changed a lot. and hes supposed to be at sandhurst, but he gets pictured playing polo, at parties, or going to footbal games,,he has no work ethic, pretty much similar to his girlfriend. their well suited for each other i think. also i dont like the way hes constantly praised by the press, and the way he pretends to be this perfect prince ugh. and the way palace spin builds him up on the expense of his younger brother -- they always trash harry but harry is way better IMO. at such young age he set up a CHARITY, and when did will do any charity work?? he only thinks about himself and his pleasures, his brother could teach him a thing or two. not only prince harry has a good heart, but he trains hard & rarely ever missed from sandhurst.. and whats also important theres nothing fake about him unlike the other prince,harry is always straight about himself, and he treats his women right, he stands up for his girlfriend, defends his mom when noone from his family does,, hes good and will always be so i say GO HARRY!!!
