William's Arabian Nights bash
May 22, 2006, 13:59 GMT
Prince William's girlfriend is throwing him an Arabian Nights themed party to celebrate his 24th birthday.
Kate Middleton - who has been dating the British prince since they met at St Andrews University - has organised for Highgrove, the royal's family home, to be decorated like a glamorous harem.
It will be decked out with Bedouin tents and silk cushions for the bash, and the stunning brunette has also bought exotic pipes - known as hookahs - for the occasion. A source told Britain's News of the World newspaper: 'Kate wants a very sexy, mysterious theme where everyone gets horizontal and relaxes - like a mini music festival with one great big chill-out zone. 'But there definitely won't be anything stronger than St Bruno Ready Rubbed in the pipes!' Meanwhile, a recent survey showed most people think William and Kate, 24, are too young to marry. The poll - in society magazine Tatler - also showed most people think Kate would make a good wife for William - who is currently enrolled in officer training at Sandhurst Military Academy - and would be a down-to-earth princess.Copyright 2006 BANG Media International
