Princes team up for charity
Apr 25, 2006, 17:13 GMT
Britain's Princes William and Harry will join their father Prince Charles at an all-star charity concert next month.
The royal trio are set to join 1,000 music fans at the bash, which will feature stars like Bee Gees, Pink and the Sugababes, to celebrate 30 years of the Prince's Trust.
Organisers of the charity, which works to help disabled young people, hope Harry and William will help freshen up the Trust's image. The celebrity line-up for the gig, which will play at the Tower of London, will gather the biggest stars from the last 30 years, including Annie Lennox, Lionel Richie and Ronan Keating. Martina Milburn, chief executive of the Prince's Trust, said it was 'a fantastic line-up for what promises to be a really exciting evening'. The show, hosted by British TV stars including Cat Deeley and Vernon Kay, will be televised, and viewers will be asked to phone in and donate cash to the charity during the broadcast. The broadcast is set to include interviews with William and Harry. The concert replaces the annual Party in the Park event in London's Hyde Park, which the organisers, Britain's Capital Radio, have cancelled for the second year running.Copyright 2006 BANG Media International
