Apr 13, 2006, 14:05 GMT
Britain's Prince Edward is hosting a live music festival in a London park this summer.
The show - which will feature performances from a host of top stars, including the Sugababes and Craig David - is expected to draw up to 50,000 people to Windsor Great Park.
The concert is being held to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Duke of Edinburgh's Award, a scheme that teaches young people to achieve goals in personal skills, community service, fitness and wilderness expeditions. It will also feature an adventure village dedicated to extreme and adventure sports, in honour of the awards scheme. The 42-year-old prince - who is the third and youngest son of Queen Elizabeth and the Duke of Edinburgh - said: 'It is very exciting for the Duke of Edinburgh's Award's 50th Anniversary to be hosting what will be an incredible event in Windsor Great Park.' Edward - who has a two-year-old daughter, Louise, with his wife Sophie - said he has high expectations for the show.He added: 'With the unique combination of great music and the adventure village, I am sure the event will be a memorable experience. I look forward to being there.'
Princes William and Harry have been invited to the concert, although it's not known whether they will attend.
