Survey: Prince William too young to marry
Mar 8, 2006, 16:12 GMT
Britain's Prince William and his girlfriend Kate Middleton are too young to marry, according to a new survey.
The poll - in society magazine Tatler - shows 82% of the British public think the couple - who met while studying at St Andrews University - are still too young to tie the knot.
The study also showed most people think stunning Kate would make a good wife for 23-year-old William - who is currently enrolled in officer training at Sandhurst Military Academy - and would be a down-to-earth princess. More than half believe the pair make a sexy couple, and 62% think Kate, 24, is 'the one'. The findings come as Kate was voted one of the world's 100 sexiest women. The brunette beauty is ranked alongside celebrities like Angelina Jolie and Jessica Alba in the list, which will be revealed in the May issue of Britain's FHM magazine. Chelsy Davy, the stunning blonde girlfriend of William's younger bother, Prince Harry, has also won a place in the poll, which asks 500,000 readers to name the world's sexiest women. Editor Ross Brown admitted he was 'surprised' by the popularity of the royal girlfriends.Copyright 2006 BANG Media International
