Queen's loo roll problem
Feb 13, 2006, 14:26 GMT
Britain's Queen Elizabeth II is reportedly causing problems for Commonwealth Games organisers - by demanding a specific type of toilet paper.
The queen will arrive in Melbourne next month to open the Games.
And - according to Britain's Daily Telegraph newspaper - those handling the details of the visit have been searching since November for Elizabeth's preferred type of loo paper. Insiders say a request has been made for unpatterned, four-ply toilet paper with lavender or lemon scent to be on hand at the venues where the queen will make appearances. Four-ply rolls have reportedly been located, although as of this week - almost three months after the project began - the search was still on for scented versions.Copyright 2006 BANG Media International
