Charles and Camilla add visit to New Orleans to U.S. tour

London - Prince Charles and Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, will visit hurricane-hit New Orleans during their forthcoming tour of tour of America, the palace in London said Monday.
The couple, who are due to start an eight-day tour of the U.S. Tuesday, will make a short trip to the devastated low-lying city in the southern state of Louisiana.
They will spend a couple of hours in the city on Friday, meeting emergency workers and families affected by the disaster.
During their tour, the couple's first joint trip abroad since they married in April, Prince Charles and Camilla will visit New York, Washington and San Francisco.
They are due to attend a dinner given by U.S. President George W. Bush in the White House and visit the United Nations in New York, as well as paying tribute to the victims of the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks.
