Princes William and Harry take the bull by the horns
Oct 17, 2005, 13:45 GMT
Britain's Princes William and Harry stunned guests at a birthday party - by riding a mechanical bull.
The two royal siblings jumped on the bucking bronco as they celebrated the 27th birthday of their cousin Zara Phillips's rugby star boyfriend Mike Tindall.
Zara, the daughter of Princess Anne, organised the bash for the England player in the grounds of her father's riding farm, in Gloucestershire, and hired the bull for guests to try out.
According to fellow revellers, William and Harry, both keen Polo players, wasted no time in jumping on the bull to test their riding skills, and neither had any trouble once the 'machine' started tossing them around. One onlooker said: "Most people got thrown from off after a couple of seconds but William and Harry were both naturals."
Other games at the exclusive party included a bungee rope run and a set of inflatable sumo suits for guests to don to grapple each other.
However, there was a shortage of toilets at the bash and male revellers desperate for the loo were forced to relieve themselves in a nearby hedge - including the princes.
The source added to Britain's The Sun newspaper: "There were two portable loos outside but only the girls used them. Most of the blokes went in a hedge - even William and Harry.
