Prince Harry giving TV interview to mark 21st birthday
Aug 31, 2005, 14:49 GMT
Britain's Prince Harry will give a TV interview to mark his 21st birthday.
The young royal, who will celebrate his birthday on September 15, will speak about his life to Sky TV.
Insiders believe the prince will slam rumours he is struggling with his army training at Sandhurst military academy.
One said: "He intends to set the record straight about his training. But the rest is down to what questions Sky wants to ask him."
He is also likely to be questioned about his late mother, Princess Diana, and his stunning girlfriend, Chelsy Davy.
However, sources claim Harry will be reluctant to talk about his blonde lover, with whom he is currently enjoying a romantic holiday in Africa. The decision to conduct the interview with Sky TV has been seen as a snub to the BBC, which spoke to Harry's older brother, Prince William, on his 21st birthday.
Earlier this year, Harry's father, Prince Charles, was overheard called BBC Royal Correspondent Nicholas Witchell "that awful man".
The heir-to-the-throne was also said to have been angered when BBC show 'Panorama' suggested his marriage to Camilla Parker Bowles may have been illegal.
Prince Charles was also furious when BBC newsreader Peter Sissons failed to wear a black tie when he announced the death of his beloved grandmother, The Queen Mother.
