Britain's Prince Harry headed for Ibiza holiday
Aug 22, 2005, 14:06 GMT
Britain's Prince Harry is set for a much needed holiday with his girlfriend Chelsy Davy next week, after a tough few months of officer training at Sandhurst military academy.
The young prince is joining the South African student, whom he last saw six weeks ago, for a romantic break.
Although the destination of the holiday has not been made official, the pair are believed to have discussed staying at a secluded villa in Ibiza owned by top British DJ Fat Boy Slim.
But despite looking forward to his two-week break the 21-year-old prince faces a tough challenge when he returns to his army training.
A former Sandhurst cadet warned: "He just won't know what's hit him.
"The instructors take cadets to hell and back because they have been boozing it up and getting into bad habits during their weeks off."
Meanwhile, army chiefs have ordered a £100,000 make-over at Sandhurst in time for Harry's return.
Contractors are sprucing up his quarters and other rooms.
A senior Army source said: "They were pretty worn and just not fit for Royalty."
The source added that with brother Prince William also on the way to Sandhurst it was a "timely opportunity for a refit."
He added: "The presence of two Royals makes it important to create the right impression."
