Denmark's Princess Alexandra and ex-husband, Prince Joachim, see son to school

Denmark's Princess Alexandra was reunited with her ex-husband, Prince Joachim, for their son's first day of school.The former couple put on a united front as they accompanied five-year-old Nikolai back to school after the summer holidays.Last week, it was reported Princess Alexandra has a new toyboy lover. According to Danish newspaper Ekstra Bladet, the 41-year-old royal is romancing photographer Martin Jorgensen - who is 15 years her junior.The smitten pair are believed to have met during the filming of a television programmed to mark Alexandra's 40th birthday.The princess's new relationship comes a year after she split from husband Prince Joachim, whose mother is Queen Margrethe of Denmark.The royal couple got married in 1995, but separated nine years later and were divorced in April this year.They have two sons together, Prince Nikolai and Prince Felix, three, who live with their mother.If Princess Alexandra marries for a second time, she will lose her royal title.
