Britain's Princess Beatrice celebrated her 17th birthday in style yesterday (08.08.05) with a sun-drenched holiday in St Tropez.
The red-haired royal was joined by her mother, Sarah Ferguson, and younger sister, Princess Eugenie, in the South of France, where they are staying at the luxury Club 55 resort.
Beatrice looked happy and relaxed as she chatted with friends on her mobile phone and had fun with her mum and sister on the beach.
The trio will spend two weeks in St Tropez, before returning to the UK, where Beatrice will receive her GCSE exam results.
The teenage royal recently gave a revealing interview to British society magazine Tatler, in which she confessed to having a crush on Hollywood heartthrob Orlando Bloom.
The flame-haired beauty - who is also a huge fan of TV show 'Sex and the City' - has also revealed the most important thing she looks for in a man is trust.
She said: "What do I look for in a guy? Well, I have a huge thing about trust and as long as I can trust the person it doesn't much matter.
"I have to trust them and have them make me laugh, and everything is fine."
