Britain's Queen wants to make Buckingham Palace more child-friendly

Britain's Queen Elizabeth II reportedly wants staff to make Buckingham Palace more child-friendly.
The historic building has been opened to the public for the summer - but sources claim the monarch thinks it needs to be jazzed up so young children don't get bored.
In a bid to make a trip to the palace more entertaining, an activity trail has been set up, so youngsters will be able to walk though the gardens with a list, ticking off the flowers and trees they discover.
Educational activities to teach children about the Royal family are also available.
A royal insider is quoted in Britain's The Sun newspaper as saying: "As a granny, the Queen is well aware of how important it is to keep kids entertained and busy on days out.
"The palace gardens have always been used as a playground for children. But until now it has been restricted to the likes of Princes William and Harry, Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie, and Lady Louise - Prince Edward's girl."
A palace spokesman said: "Apart from the educational aspect to the Queen's garden, we are trying to introduce a bit more fun."
