Apparently it causes zits on your face. Case in point: Spotty-faced rapper Lil Wayne has given up snorting cocaine, because he contends that the drug ruined his complexion. Wayne publicly claims in an interview with Blender magazine, that he keeps to good old stand-by, marijuana, after his blow dalliances ravaged his face with pustules. Wayne tells Blender magazine, "I don't do too many (drugs). I just smoke weed and drink. But I'll never f**k with no more coke. It's not about the bad high; it's just about the acne: Cocaine makes your face break out. I'm a pretty boy."
