Nick Bollea gets real jail time, five years probation afterwards

Nick Bollea, the 17-year-old son of reality TV star and ex Pro wrestler Hulk Hogan, was sentenced by a judge in Pinellas, Florida on Friday over the tragic car crash case that rendered his best friend injured for life.

Bollea will begin serving time immediately.

Hogan's minor son plead no contest to reckless driving and this is what Judge Philip Federico ruled:

5 Years Probation
8 Months in Jail
500 Hours of community service, no buyout available
3 Years of Drivers License suspension
No alcohol for 5 years
DUI school completed within the first year of probation

Paying court costs for both parties involved.
