In emotional testimony given by both the family of Nick Bollea and John Graziano, the injured passenger and best friend of the minor son of Hulk Hogan (Terry Bollea), the fate of Nick, 17, may well be five years in prison.

Nick's father Hulk Hogan took the stand, dressed and wearing his trademark head bandanna all in black, asked for mercy for his son as he pleaded with the judge to not make a felon out of him, and to reiterate the family's love and deep upset at the entire situation regarding Graziano.

Their testimony followed the family of John Graziano, whose parents made impassioned pleas that Hogan do real time, and remain on five years probation afterwards.

Graziano was severely and permanently injured on August 26, 2007 while a passenger in Nick Hogan's suped up Toyota Supra.

TMZ reports that Nick Hogan will not fight the charge of felony reckless driving and will plead either guilty or no contest.

Nick will enter an "open plea" - which allows the judge full control over his sentencing.  No deal has been struck with prosecutors.
