Miley Cyrus and Billy Ray chastised by Consumer Reports

Looking more like 30 than 15 these days, the heavily made-up singer/actress Miley Cyrus has been hectored by watchdog Consumer Reports for failing to click it and wear seatbelt in a scene in her new film Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus: Best Of Both Worlds Concert Tour.

Cyrus and her Achy-Breaky country singer dad Billy Ray Cyrus are in the back of a Range Rover - with neither of them wearing their seatbelts.

Consumer Reports claims they are setting a bad example to Miley's young fans as a result of their lack of seat belt awareness.

In a post on the watchdog's online blog, the group says: "It seems to us that Miley, her father, and Disney had a perfect opportunity to help influence teens and counteract-rather than encourage-this trend.

"Then again, as Hannah (Miley) herself sings, 'Everybody makes mistakes.'"
