From Monsters and Critics.com People News Miley Cyrus spoke with Extra's Terri Seymour at tonight’s Hannah Montana movie premiere. When asked if Cyrus ever thought about the downside of fame, she responded, “I do…I understand and the pressure is definitely hard, but I think just keeping your head on your shoulders is easier than it looks…I think if you know who you are, then I think you'll be fine for the rest of the way.” Cyrus also commented on Britney Spears’ current situation and shared how she stays so grounded, herself. “I think it's so crazy and I think that she [Britney] needs help…if I didn't have them [my family], I'd probably be in the same position. You just got to know who your true friends are and I think for me, is my mom.
