From Monsters and Critics.com People News Denise Richards didn't have to do anything special to lose her baby weight. The stunning actress - who has two daughters, Sami, three, and two-year-old Lola, with ex-husband Charlie Sheen - says she was sensible when trying to regain her pre-pregnancy figure but admits it has a lot to do with genetics. She said: "I'm naturally thin and I feel I'm a good weight for my body. "For me, losing the weight wasn't that difficult. I was lucky. I didn't work out for five hours a day. I had to wait six weeks before I could do anything after my babies because I had a C-section each time. I took it very slowly getting back into it." Denise recently revealed she and ex-husband Charlie have finally put their differences behind them, for the sake of their young children. The actress admits the pair's constant arguing was having a negative affect on the girls. Denise, who split from the actor when she was six months pregnant with Lola, said: "Charlie and I had to go through a bunch of s**t to get to the place where we're at now. But we can call each other and say, 'Look, I'm sorry, let's focus on the kids.' It's important to us both to do that. "I really fell in love with Charlie the man, not the bad boy. I had a desire to stay married to him forever. It just didn't work, but I learned a lot." (C) BANG Media International © Copyright 2007 by monstersandcritics.com.
