If you ask men, Beyoncé Knowles is their "Most Desirable Woman of 2007" in the latest poll conducted by AskMen.com.

In a whopping survey of 8.5 million + online, AskMen.com, the Internet’s top lifestyle site for men, and one of the premier online sites in the Fox Interactive Media (FIM) network, unveiled its 7th annual Top 99 Most Desirable Women list, brought to readers by returning sponsor Budweiser Select.

Their readers cast a record number of online votes, more than 8.5 million, to name the women who best embody the qualities of a “fantasy girlfriend.”

Numero uno is Dreamgirl Beyoncé Knowles, the famous singer turned actress, blonde screen siren Scarlett Johansson is the runner-up, and "Fantastic Four" star Jessica Alba, who was last year’s #1 Most Desirable Woman, rounds out the top three.

The remaining top ten are Brazilian supermodel Adriana Lima, actress Jessica Biel, Victoria’s Secret model Alessandra Ambrosio, Latin American pop singer Shakira, “Access Hollywood” host Maria Menounos, actress and U.N. Unlike other lists, the Top 99 Most Desirable Women list is a readers choice only, not influenced by editorial staff.

Every year, AskMen polls voters from all over the world who are asked to look beyond sex appeal and beauty to pick women who have the characteristics they value in a potential companion, like intelligence, humor, charisma and ambition.

The result is a list far more telling snapshot than the common "Most Sexy" or "Most Beautiful" lists published elsewhere.

AskMen's hot list has been key in helping the vixens get a leg up in their careers,  Since launching the poll in 2001, a nod from the Top 99 Most Desirable Women list helps the chosen female stars continue in their paths achieving career landmarks.
