Scarlett and Josh to split?

Scarlett Johansson's relationship with Josh Hartnett is on the rocks - it has been claimed.

The actress - who met Josh on the set of their movie 'The Black Dahlia' - is said to be fed up with her partner's constant absences, as he's been spending weeks on end in New Zealand, shooting his new film '30 Days of Night'.

A source told the New York Post newspaper: "They are on the rocks. Scarlett is always mad at him, and they are always arguing."

Ironically, Scarlett, 21, recently revealed she would choose a good film part over Josh.

The 'Lost in Translation' star admitted if she was ever forced to choose between staying with her lover or relocating for a movie, she would always go for the lure of the celluloid.

She said: "Life can get very complicated when you travel the world. I don't want my private life to determine whether I take a part and go far from home."
