Kid Rock sued for strip club fight

Kid Rock is being sued by disc jockey Jerry Campos of Cedar Hill, Tennesee for $575,000.
The suit claims Kid Rock punched Campos on the left side of his face on February 16 “thereby causing severe, disabling and permanent injuries” during a fight at Christie's Cabaret.
According to the police reports, Campos was in the DJ booth when he exchanged words with someone in the audience. Kid Rock was defending a friend when he demanded an apology from Campos.
Campos refused to apologize and police say Kid Rock then struck Campos in the face.
Kid Rock pleaded no contest to criminal assault and received a suspended sentence Monday of 11 months and 29 days in jail. He was also ordered to complete eight hours of anger management class and to pay $180 to replace Campos’s eyeglasses.
