Jay Z is the richest hip hop star

Jay Z is reportedly worth $320 million making him the richest hip hop star. Coming in a close second is P Diddy real name Sean Combs who is worth $315 million dollars.
Jay Z retired from an active recording career in 2004 with the Black Album, sold his record label Roc-a-fella Records and was named head of Island Def Jam Records formerly headed by Russell Simmons.
Jay Z has been in a relationship with Beyonce Knowles of Destiny’s Child for some time now.
