Rod Steward seeks to divorce Rachel Hunter

After separating six years ago from model Rachel Hunter, singer Rod Stewart has filed for divorce due to irreconcilable differences. The couple wed in 1990, but separated in 1999. They have two children, 12-year-old Liam and 10-year-old Rene. Hunter had filed for divorce in 2003, but later withdrew her request for unspecified reasons.This news comes less than a week after Stewart, 60, announced that his fiancé Penny Lancaster, 34, is pregnant with his baby. Lancaster's agent, Nicholas Young, has said the couple would make wedding plans once Stewart's divorce from Hunter was final.
