Gwyneth Paltrow to be the new face of Estee Lauder

Estee Lauder has hired actress Gwyneth Paltrow to be one of the new faces for their commercial and print ads.
Being a new mom, Paltrow says the modeling job is perfect. “It allows me to be with my daughter, which is what I want to do until some fantastic movie role comes along and makes me change my mind.”
Paltrow said, “Years ago, endorsing a product was considered something a movie actress shouldn't do, but now having a contract is almost like a status symbol.”
Paltrow says some of her childhood memories include “watching my mother (actress Blythe Danner) put on makeup when she was working. I don't tend to wear a lot of makeup in my daily life - just lip gloss, sunscreen and maybe some mascara.”
Paltrow’s first global ad campaign for Pleasures fragrance will begin in the fall.
