Sheen’s Ex Puts House on the Market

After separating in March, Charlie Sheen’s estranged wife Denise Richards, has put their $4 million house on the market. 

The house is located in Encino, California, an upscale area of the San Fernando Valley.

Richards, currently eight months pregnant, will still reside in the house during the sale with her mother and 1-year old daughter, Sam.

Richards has asked for sole custody of Sam and the couple’s unborn child due in June, but would grant visitation rights to Sheen.
