There he is. Another very poor example for the youth of this country. Its basically the same old people with the same old crap. Rap/Hip-Hop. It never changes. The sad part of all this is someone will justify that kind of behavior and its usually the dopes who pay good money to buy that garbage music.

He didnt run, he wasnt high or drunk, as far as the article says he wasnt even speeding. Dont go slaming people who havent done anything.
