r/e chemistry: may mean nothing. think of all the films where actors (even single ones) had great chemistry on the movie but then went their separate ways. in a few cases they actually hated each other e.g. Sharon Stone & Billy Baldwin. however to be fair to your point of view there are others that ended up dating e.g. Tobey Maguire and his co-star in Spiderman.
r/e mr./mrs. Smith: i heard people who seen the film (previews given to select audience) didn't think it was so hot. they said there wasn't much sex and some people thought the movie was good and others hated it --- yeah one of those kind of films.
r/e Jolie saying she would not sleep with a married man--that does not mean she is also saying that once Brad is not married then she would sleep with him. she has repeatedly said 1) i'm not dating anyone and 2) there are two men i'm having a sexual (but not serious) relationship with so I don't need Brad. Then she went on to say a number of times I did not have sex with Brad but none of the tabloids want to listen after all they're too busy making money saying otherwise--printing stories about a triangle has sold lots of papers. From what I read their making a killing off triangle stuff: it's selling better than Jessica/Nick and even Britney Spears.
The most recent CLAIM says Brad and Jolie had a blow out where Brad wanted to START a one man/woman (monogamous) relationship with her (like he had with Jen. He's also on the rebound), and Angelina responded by telling him no. She will not drop the other men in her life and she is not going to settle down (get married) anytime soon.
Though if you ask me the above might be purely made up by someone who got some money for what sounds like a good story for the tabloids. I can't see Angelina wanting to be Brad's future wife. They're priorities in life arent' the same and that is really important. Angelina's priorities are and have been for some time Maddox and the UN not settling down (getting married) and making babies (Brad's priority). I'm sure she'd be willing to be Brad's friend to make the movie work (she's a professional) and if she felt sorry for him--it's been said that Angelina has a big heart. I suspect when Brad happen to be in Africa (weeks after divorce was filed) she invited him over to play with Maddox because she felt sorry for him. (an unnamed source claims she tipped the paparazzi but that claim sounds stupid to me because there is no benefit for Angelina to do that). After all the bad rap she got for being nice to him, I'm sure since she still wants to continue a living for her charities, that she told Brad I can't help you anymore---it's bad for you and it's bad for me. Hence we have no more pictures of them together. However the producers as is done for all movies will expect them to promote the movie, but they don't have to be together to promote it: her face on the cover of some mag with an interview and his face on the cover with an interview--that's what it seems they always do for movie promotions.
r/e Brad's statement about marriage not forever: yep he screwed up. he gave away that his marriage was in trouble in mid 2004. I think he knew deep down inside that it wasn't going to last. he was definitely in a state of denial. however feeling sorry for Brad does not mean we should be mean to Jen. For one thing Brad's parents wanted (and still do) for them to get back together---they adore Jen. Don't give up on these two: FACT (not gossip) 'Brad did buy a very expensive (8-9 million dollar) home in early April 2005 (not long after Jen announced the divorce and made no secret of wanting to live near Courtney Cox in Malibu). Brad says this home will be his permanent residence and guess what? It's only 5 miles away from Courtney Cox's house.'
r/e mid 2004: that is when Jen reportedly had her miscarriage. That is also the time period the tabloids were accusing Brad of cheating. Brad & Jen spending months of 2004 trying to have a baby and then they claim he is also doing Anglina on the side--that's sick. This is why I don't beleive everything I read.
I agree with you folks when you say a man should stick to his wife when misfortune happens. However if Jen filed for the divorce maybe there was just too much sadness between the two they stopped talking to each other. I don't know.
At 7pm June 7 on ABC Diane Sawyer will be interviewing Brad Pitt. If Sawyer is anything like Walters (any of you see The Little Black Book?) she may manage to get something out of him. Also it's been rumoured that Oprah will be having Jen for an interview but I can't find out anywhere (not on Oprah's site) when or if that will be.
VERY long comment but interesting. :) I'd rather wait & see because no matter how much I want to believe they did not cheat, I feel still there is something fishy going on. Call me a witch, but that is how I feel so I'd rather wait and see.

Funny this whole thing about whether or not Jen is an A-lister. Really, I think she's talented with what she does and she held her own- isn't she worth the same amount as Brad? Anyways, I think she has shown tremendous class by not airing the dirty laundry. Now Brad on the other hand- I love that man but was so dissapointed with the pics of him and Angelina on the beach and holding hands on the movie set. Whether or not he was having an affair, he's a bastard for not being more sensitive to Jen. They were married so she should mean more to him than a budding romance. Have some class Brad- at least wait until you're officially divorced. And does it seem like there's a ton of press about Brad and Angelina's 'humanitarian' efforts lately? Are they just covering their butts so people still like them and will go to their movie?

Has anyone noticed that Jolie keeps saying, 'i wouldn't sleep with a married man...'---she is playing with words for moral high ground---when in reality she is most likely the reason Pitt and Aniston are breaking up---movies take a long time to make and Mr and Mrs Smith started filming right around the time Pitt and Aniston began having issues----Jolie has not said, 'Brad is not for me' or 'I am not interested in him at all'...In fact, I guarantee that as soon as the divorce is final it is only a matter of months before the two make their official announcement at a red carpet event like most celebrities do when they want the world to know they are together...I think it is hilarious that Jolie and Pitt think they are covering themselves--come on people!---affairs aren't a one time thing---they heat up over long periods of time---the divorce is a result of Pitt being the space of another woman more interesting and sexually appealing than his wife--hence, the pending divorce. The simple fact is this---Pitt, a hot guy ended up meeting a woman that he became enamoured with---He probably fell in love with her while shooting long days of filming on the set---like ANY man would be filming hot sex scenes with the most beautiful, sexual woman in the world---Aniston, like most women, was probably jealous at first, a bit insecure, (like any woman would be)--but then she probably started freaking out (like any woman would) as her husband spent more and more time with this other woman (even if it is just work)---at my work, we don't make out for the sake of work--Try to imagine how hard it would be to stay together with someone you love when you are constantly bombarded with other beautiful, interesting people? pretty near impossible--I will say I would be HORRIFIED and HURT to be Jen---Brad is a real dickhead to be following Jolie to Africa to play with her kid on the beach and claim nothing is up---If he respected what his wife was going through he would stay clear of Jolie altogether--I think Aniston should say what she feels about everything and do anything but give the statements her publicist will want her to give--I think she should let Jolie know she's a home wrecker--whether Jolie sees herself that way or not doesn't matter--women know when to shut men down and Jolie seems quite content on her 'chemistry' with Pitt--being so 'natural'...Jennifer, SCRATCH HER EYES OUT!

Brad quote: the last two years of the marriage was a nightmare.
That means year 2003 since Jan 2005 they filed separation. He didn't meet Angelina until Feb. 2004. In 2004 he was also filming an epic film called Troy and hurt his heel causing delays in the production of Mr. and Mrs. Smith. If that wasn't bad enough in 2004 he was also committed to do Ocean's 12. So if you say movies take long to make then don't you think Brad had his hands full working on 3 movies in one year? Troy being an Epic would take the longest amount of time and it was the one with the biggest investment.
Besides all we're doing is only speculating as to what happened with the marriage. Just saying because he's good looking and because she's good looking therefore they cheated isn't correct. In a previous year Jen was voted most beautiful. You can predict things like just wait and see they will annouce their togetherness, but again it's speculation.
Let me ask you this? If Angelina said she wouldn't have sex with Brad (I don't know how many ways she has to tell the press that) then isn't it also possible that Brad may be the one chasing Angelina? (again speculation).
Here's another possiblity: Brad wanted to have babies from Jen since 2000 when they married. Jen had been putting it off til end of Friends and then some (another year). Jen said in 2004 quote 'we are definitely working on it. Brad has waited a long time.' Brad and Jen finally try to have a baby, but for awhile it didn't happen--other marriages have broken up over these things. Furthermore it's said Jen had a miscarriage in July 2004--again some marriages break up over this where the woman doesn't want to try anymore and the man says we need to try because it would help you get over the miscarriage. Finally another possibility is that Brad plain wants to have kids of his own (not adopted) by a certain age. As someone else pointed out the man wants everything too fast. That person could also be correct.
Jen and Brad are great, just becuz they are having problems does not mean that its the end of the world. We just have to wait and see what happens next and wish for te best for both of them.
I believe that Jennifer Aniston is much better without Brad Pitt. If thats the kind of stuff he wants let hiom have it. I have never cared for Angelina Jole, as a person and a actress. Never watch her movies. And as for Brads movies can't say that I have ever saw any of his either. Now I don't really care to.
Did I see a picture of Jennifer Aniston sitting in the back seat of a car next to a male French actor, and they were both trying to hide from the cameras??? Did Jennifer Aniston cheat on Brad first? You fans do not mention this. I can not see why no one thinks that Jennifer would not stoop to having a little fling. You should have heard the Howard Stern interview with Jennifer Aniston that I heard. She was flirting up a storm with Howard Stern. If you ask me, all Howard would have had to do was take her up on her flirting, and the rest would have been history. Howard was too much of gentleman.
I agree with what Mary said - I really never cared about Angelina's movies, I never saw her movie honestly. Neither cared much about Pitt's (but I can't say I didn't see any of his movies.) Any ways, I've read about his TV interview on Jen and Angelina recently + his movies and his African talk - he still seems a bit out of his zone. I mean, he sort of tried to correct what he has been blaffing so far - but he was back to his mess again and again. He is silly & gives me a good laugh really. As for Jen, I will keep seeing her movies since I am curious now. I am not a big fan of Jen but since Brad started this circle of tricks, I've been watching her moves and could not help but respect her. For a woman of this caliber, Brad Pitt comes a bit short.
P.S. As for a comment of the previous guy predicting that she flirted with her co-stars, I flirt and play with my co-workers but I took none of them to the African beach.
hi guys, i saw brad's new hair colour - he looks stupid. just to say i did not appreciate how he tried to appear in his latest tv interview. he is a liar - and can't wait for him to get exposed with his cheating companion angelina.
Hey guys, seems this is my 2nd or 3rd comment on this site since I believe there are some good people browsing and giving their reasonable comment. What I want to say is this:
- Brad denied AGAIN on TV interview about his cheating with Angelina (not quiet but he tried to in his silly way)
- He changed his hair colour
- He has started sort of a full fledged promotion to his new movie (in which he started the cheating game with Angelina)
But the fact is, Brad is still Brad & looks exactly the same. The fact that he cheated on his lovely wife Jen is written all over his face. So whether he 'moves on' or colours his hair, or he becomes this 'Zen Master' of the tabloids, the fact that he cheated and lied about it is not going to go away. We call that CONSCIOUS. If you cheat, it just comes out all over your face (no matter how hard you try to convince the entire world that you are OK and has turned out to be this nice guy who loves Africa and poor people :)
Question to Brad: Is Angelina the cause of your breakup with Jen?
Answer: No.
Question to Angelina: Holds photo of Angelina, Brad, and Maddox (nothing irritates Angelina more than exploiting her child) and says this is insane.
Answer: She is annoyed. Says that is what I call a memory of Maddox making a sandcastle.
As for flirting vs. seen in 'platonic' relations in Africa: Brad is indeed passionate about aids in Africa. Some implied he only took up these causes from Angelina but truth be told: Brad + Jen joined up to lobby for John Kerry for president. Brad + Jen went on a facting finding mission in Ethopia.
Before you say the Africa pictures matter what about the picture of Jen with her 'male' hairstylist (they go way back) coming out together from his apartment in the wee morning ours? Jen's publicist said 'she is not living with her hairstylist'. Doesn't necessarily explain that photo or if she slept over there. She can't say she went there for a haircut because people knew what her hair was like before and then on the photo (the same). So what was Jen doing there? Brad a Sagitarius tends to be an optimist & considers himself above suspicion and applies the same to his loved one--in other words Brad tends to be trusting. Jen (a Aquarius) on the otehr hand has a real problem with self-confidence and if she thinks a relationship is not working she will walk away from it.

please spare me this virgo or leo star talk - because when it comes down to it, it is a personality or willingness or above all, to give and get love which makes you happy. any ways, as for jen's hair stylist - look at them together - any picture really. do u see them posing the way brad/angie posed? do u see a dirty fishy secret written all over their faces? no! if u don't believe me, look again and again and you will find out. compare it with brad/angelina's picture in italy, in africa, etc, etc. Hey, we are all humans and we know when two people have attraction or fling with each other so just because jen stood next to a male, it doesn't say she is attracted to him? she has so many male friends - she even kissed her co-star on the lip and i can see in black and white that it was all friehdship. and the entire world knows it. u r talking about an honest and faithful woman called jen who found out that the husband she loved and trusted cheated on her - and it is not a fun ride to her. hopefully, she will keep her clean heart for someone else worth it.
All I can say to Brad is one thing:
DO NOT USE AFRICA & ITS PROBLEMS TO ESCAPE FROM PUBLIC ATTENTION CONCERNING YOUR DIRTY DEEDS WITH YOUR CO-STAR ANGELINA. SHAME ON BOTH OF YOU.
I think Brad thought he'd get away with this just because of his pretty face and thinks he is an American sweetheart and everybody likes him no matter how fucken disrespectful he gets. But too bad, it doesn't work like that. It was not his looks which made Brad popular - it was Jen. We loved them because they were married happily and Brad (as it were)looked faithful to her. Brad kept his word and loved her and respected her - well, at least I thought. The two of them as one showed the entire world that love in deed can survive... talk about American nightmare now - and thanks to Angelina Jolie and Brad's inability to keep his pants on. Now, he is trying to get back the love & respect - how dare he after what he has done to his wife & the entire public?? He's simply being a damn ass. Brad, the best thing to do now for you is to stop trying.
If I were Brad, I wouldn't create a drama refusing to admit or deny about something everybody in the world wants to know. In case Brad is wondering what that is, it is whether he has cheated on his wife wife, or to put it nicely for him, whether he is dating Angelina Jolie. The use their affair for publicity stunt really. Now that they blame Africa for it all, we all should sit back and admire the two holly people who earn millions to help millions in Africa, right? :)
