Actor Tom Sizemore Faces Prison

Tom Sizemore has been given 21 months in prison after being found guilty of repeatedly failing drug tests while on probation for a domestic violence conviction.The actor, 43, has been allowed to remain free while he appeals the domestic violence conviction, which made in 2003 when he was found guilty of assaulting his girlfriend of the time, former Hollywood madam Heidi Fleiss.According to reports the actor was shed tears at Los Angeles Superior Court yesterday and begged the judge for another chance. He admitted to using methamphetamine and failing to turn up for a test.Last month we reported the bizarre incident that led to Sizemore being taken back into custody.The actor used a fake penis to try and cheat a drug test. Sizemore was asked to take the test in order to prove he was not taking any drugs and is said to have used a prosthetic device filled with clean urine to fill a container.His film credits include the likes of "Pearl Harbor," "Black Hawk Down," and "Paparazzi."
