Tara Reid Takes Legal Action to Defend her Character

The AP reports the advert, from Sky Las Vegas Condominium, reads "Dear Tara Reid. Come let it all hang out," in reference to her accident at on the red carpet last year where one of her breasts was exposed.
The action was filed in Los Angles Superior Court and seeks to prevent the company from distributing the adverts, claiming they imply she has an immoral character.
Reid was most recently seen in game-to-movie adaptation "Alone in the Dark," where she played an anthropologist alongside Christian Slater.
