Gwyneth Paltrow Wants Potential Buyers of Home to Keep Quiet
By James Wray Mar 5, 2005, 21:54 GMT
Gwyneth Paltrow is making sure whoever buys her New York home keeps quiet over the deal.
Reports today say prospective buyers must sign a confidentiality agreement before even getting inside the house not to mention a ban on speaking to the media or taking any photos.
The rumor is that Paltrow is looking to move permanently to London, where her husband Chris Martin of Coldplay is based. This is despite other rumors saying the couple are having problems.
The house itself is on four floors and in Greenwich Village; it is on the market for $7.85 million.
