Delusional Halle Berry Stalker Served with Restriction

A three-year restraining order has been issued against a man who is alleged to have sent threatening letters to Halle Berry.
Superior Court Judge Linda Lefkowitz sitting in Santa Monica ordered on Monday that Robert Sawyer is to keep at least 100 yards away from the star, her home, work and any vehicle she is in.
The order will stand until 2008 and also prohibits Sawyer from calling, e-mailing or mailing the actress.
Berry's lawyer made no comment but court records indicate they claimed Sawyer has delusions about having a romantic relationship with Berry.
