Victoria is clearly hurt from the affair that David Beckham had with Rebecca Loos. As a result, she doubts her value as the wife of one of the most famous and lucrative sportmen in the world. She has placed her self worth on her physical attributes alone and cannot fathom or understand how her husband can even look at another woman if she's already pretty enough. So she begins to doubt herself. If Rebecca posed nude, then she'll pose nude because that's what her husband saw in Rebecca. This is self defeating methodology. The more insecure she feels, the more she'll end up pushing Beckham away.

The best thing is for the the couple to seek marriage counseling and air all their grievances in the open and work it out. The worst would be for Victoria to suddenly get vengeful, break off with Beckham and take his kids with her. This would tear the family apart.

Swallow a little pride and get some help.

The ridiculous looking fakies she had on her chest indicate low self. She will always be chasing and trying to defeat the insecurities by doing things like this.
