Demi Lovato booked for Dignity Gala

Demi Lovato supports a worthy charity with a special performance.

Redlight Traffic, a program of the Seattle Kiwanis Memorial Fund, will host the inaugural Dignity Gala to honor those who continuously fight to end human trafficking.  

From the release:

The evening will include a cocktail reception, dinner, silent auction and featured musical performance by singer/songwriter, actress and philanthropist Demi Lovato.  In addition, Redlight Traffic will unveil a mobile app that will enable users to help identify and report victims and trafficking in their communities.

Proceeds from the gala will help Redlight Traffic research groundbreaking new approaches using technology and social media to accelerate the end of human trafficking and bring new strategies to recover human trafficking victims as quickly as possible.

Redlight Traffic envisions a world without slavery.  The mission is to create and use technology to end human trafficking.  The Redlight Traffic program acknowledges and honors the fundamental value and dignity of all individuals and pledge to create and maintain a global community that respects and protects the freedom of every man, woman and child.
