Ryan Phillippe has lost $1.175 million on the sale of his bachelor pad.
The 38-year-old actor - who has two children Ava, 13, and Deacon, 10, with his ex-wife Reese Witherspoon, and a two-year-old daughter Kai with his ex-girlfriend Alexis Knapp - sold his Los Angeles mansion, which has been on the market since 2010, for $6 million recently after dropping his original asking price of $7.5 million.
The 'Damages' star bought the property, located on the Sunset Strip, for $7.175 million in 2008 in the months following his split from Reese after eight years of marriage.
The 7,600 square-foot property overlooks the city's skyline and boasts five bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms and features a 60-foot long pool with a state of the art underwater sound system, according to real estate website Redfin.com.
The 'Zen modern retreat' also features a large two-floor master suite with a gym, a home cinema, chef's kitchen and spa, as well as several outdoor entertaining spaces and a sauna.
Ryan - who also previously dated 'Les Miserables' star Amanda Seyfried - is regularly spotted cheering on his children at their school sports days with his ex-wife Reese.
The 'Water For Elephants' star recently welcomed a son called Tennessee with her new husband Jim Toth.
