Jai Courtney at Die Hard premiere
Jai Courtney is desperate to visit Japan.
The Australian actor is fascinated by the Asian country and hopes he gets to go to the nation for work or pleasure in the very near future.
Speaking to BANG Showbiz at the London premiere of 'A Good Day To Die Hard' on Thursday night (08.02.13), Jai said: 'I'd really love to go to Japan, I've never been there before. I'm hoping to go there very soon. I want to eat lots of sushi!
'Japan is a country I've wanted to go to for a long time. I hope I get to spend some time there, would be great to shoot a movie there.'
The hunky star - who plays Bruce Willis' on-screen son in the action sequel - is very interested in Japan because of its history and cutting edge technology.
He added: 'I don't know what to expect, Japan to me is such a fascinating country it's got such a rich culture and heritage as well as being post-modern and very forward-thinking. I'd love to get down there and see everything it has to offer.'
Jai was joined at the premiere by director John Moore, co-star Sebastian Koch and Bruce - who reprises his role as John McClane for a fifth time in the film.
