Ryan Seacrest gets overwhelmed by his girlfriend's large family.
The 'American Idol' presenter has been dating Julianne Hough for two years and while he is close to her brother Derek, he sometimes finds it hard to cope with her 200 relatives.
Julianne told talk show host Jimmy Kimmell: 'Derek and Ryan are great, they're good friends and I'm good friends with Ryan's sister. But Ryan gets a little overwhelmed at times [with my family].
'He has five people in his family and there's 200 people in my immediate family ... there's a lot of action happening!'
'Safe Haven' actress Julianne, 25, has previously admitted Ryan, 38, was her 'first celebrity crush', and she was hesitant to go out with him when they first met.
She said: 'I'm kind of dating my first celebrity crush, so I feel pretty fortunate.
'I was reluctant because he is such an influential guy and what if it didn't work out? Our first date, I was so nervous that I just sat there and interviewed him with questions like, 'Are you loyal?' and, 'Are you close to your family?' '
